Yes, the minimum order quantity varies depending on the type of products, and there are no restrictions on delivery locations and ranges.

Ordering products from our in-stock inventory does not have a minimum order quantity requirement.

Do you offer assembly?

Absolutely! All of our products ship full assembled.

What is the lead time for delivery of your products?

For Made-to-order Items:

Each order is meticulously curated and tailored to your specifications. As such, our process typically requires a minimum of 8 weeks to complete, encompassing design work, goods production, assembly, and transportation. During certain holiday periods, we may necessitate advance notice and reservations based on availability. Please reach out to us, and we will endeavor to accommodate your requirements to the best of our ability.

For In-stock Items:

Upon placing your order, assembly and packing typically require 3-5 business days. Following this, domestic transportation takes an additional 2-10 business days for delivery (shipping times may vary depending on the specific destination).

What is your delivery range?

We deliver to any commercial address worldwide. Additional shipping charges may apply for special requests.

Can you send separate shipments to different locations?

Yes, but it needs to be clearly specified at the time of placing the order. Our custom products are typically shipped out collectively after production completion. If items have already been dispatched, it's challenging to resort to sorting during transit. Additionally, different delivery locations may incur additional logistics charges, which will be communicated clearly during the ordering process.

How to track my order?
